HPL, edited by Meade and Penny Frierson, S. Herbert Arnold, and Stuart D. Schiff, was published by Meade and Penny Frierson in March 1972. The flyer stated that it had "144 pages, slick
magazine format: 18 full page illustrations, 24 articles, 20 short stories." There were 1,000 copies sold at $3.00 and 35 numbered, hardbound copies sold at $10.00.
The text was printed in reduced format. To get an idea of this, the first chapter of Brian Lumley's The Burrowers Beneath covered pages 83 through 87 (5 pages), with four pieces of artwork. When the novel was published by DAW Books in 1974 the first chapter covered pages 7 through 18 (11 1/2 pages), with no artwork.
Below is an unorthodox contents listing. The column on the left shows the inclusive page numbers of an item and the column on the right the items appearing on those pages.

The HPL Supplement # 1 was dated April-October 1972. It was published by mimeograph on green paper. Production started on 9/10/72 and was completed on 9/28/72. Penny Frierson traced and adapted the artwork for stencil. Copies were distributed with Mailing # 50 of the Southern Fandom Press Alliance, and were sent to contributors, those sending a letter of comment, people who paid for it, and dealers purchasing second copies of HPL for resale. There was no pagination, so I will only show the number of pages for each item.
